FORBIDDEN FRUIT

This is a fruity delight to tempt your tastebuds, perfect for a pre-lunch tipple al fresco.
Serves 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes

You will need:
▼ 2 slices of fresh ginger, muddled with 4 strawberries
▼ 1/2 a fresh lemon or lime
▼ 8 leaves of mint
▼ 100ml vodka
▼ 20ml strawberry liqueur
▼ Bottle of Appletiser
▼ Sprig of mint and slice of apple to decorate

1. Vigorously shake the ginger, strawberries, lime, mint, vodka and liqueur, and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass.
2. Top with Appletiser and decorate with a slice of apple and a sprig of mint.
